For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:

cx888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on cx888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or by cx888's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. cx888 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. The Platform employs age verification procedures as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to guardianship orders may not register.
You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing cx888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. cx888 does not provide legal advice. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable Pakistani federal or provincial legislation. cx888 does not claim governmental authorisation in Pakistan.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether placed by yourself through cx888 or through any responsible-gambling scheme applicable to the Platform. Persons who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering a new Account.
Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on cx888. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
By registering an Account, you self-certify that you meet all eligibility requirements above. cx888 may conduct verification checks at any time to confirm continued eligibility. Providing false information during registration constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
To access betting and gaming features on cx888, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, residential address and a chosen password. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified cx888 of unauthorised access.
cx888 strongly recommends enabling all available security features, including two-factor authentication where offered. You agree to notify cx888 immediately at [email protected] (contact via platform support channels) if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
The name registered on your cx888 Account must exactly match the name on your official identity document and the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies in account holder name may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests until resolved through the KYC process.
cx888 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures as part of its operating obligations. KYC verification may be required at the time of registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, when you reach specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time that cx888 deems it necessary.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by cx888 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities, restriction of Account functionality, or permanent Account closure. cx888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from delays in processing caused by a User's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
cx888 accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. Methods available may vary from time to time. Payment method names (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are referenced as familiar local payment options for Pakistani users. cx888 does not represent that any of these institutions endorse gambling, support this operator, or authorise gambling-related transactions. It is your responsibility to verify the terms and conditions of your payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and per transaction period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing times and fees that may apply.
cx888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and other currencies as indicated in the cashier. Where a currency conversion is required, the rate applied will be the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. You are solely responsible for all deposits made to your Account. cx888 is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to incorrect payment details provided by the User, network failures, or the policies of third-party payment processors.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Availability, processing times and applicable limits are confirmed in the Platform cashier. cx888 is not responsible for payment provider restrictions, delays or refusals that are outside the Operator's control.
Withdrawals may only be processed from verified Accounts. Your Account must be in good standing — no open investigations, no unresolved bonus disputes, no flagged or suspicious activity. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your cx888 Account.
cx888 requires satisfactory identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Where KYC documents have not been provided or have not been verified, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is completed.
If you have an active bonus attached to your Account with unsatisfied wagering requirements, your withdrawable balance may be restricted accordingly. The cashier will display your available withdrawal balance separately from any bonus-locked funds.
Processing times for withdrawals are subject to the operator's internal review procedures, KYC status and the processing timelines of the relevant payment method. cx888 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Indicative timelines may be displayed in the cashier but are subject to variation.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. cx888 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional benefits offered by cx888 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during wagering, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on each promotion's landing page or in the Platform's promotions section at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, a bonus must be wagered in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 30x) is applied to the bonus amount, or to the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion. Deposits used to activate a bonus may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward a wagering requirement. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or may be entirely excluded. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unsatisfied, a maximum bet per spin or wager applies. Placing bets that exceed this maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at cx888's sole discretion.
Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Upon expiry, any uncompleted wagering requirement will be void, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the Account, and any winnings derived from uncompleted wagering may be forfeited.
cx888 prohibits the abuse of bonuses and promotions. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with others to extract bonus value dishonestly. cx888 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is identified, close the Account and withhold funds pending investigation.
cx888 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion. All promotional offers are discretionary, subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
All bets placed on cx888 are subject to the Platform's betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game category. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and assigned a unique bet reference number. cx888 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
If cx888 makes a manifest error in displaying odds, game results, payout calculations or account balances — whether caused by technical fault, data-feed error or human error — cx888 reserves the right to void any bets or transactions affected by the error and to correct the Account accordingly. cx888 shall not be liable for any losses or purported gains arising from such errors.
Bets are settled based on the official results published by the relevant governing body, league, federation or official data provider. For cricket markets, results are based on official ICC, PCB, PSL or relevant board determinations. In the event of disputes, cx888's determination based on available official data shall be final.
In the event a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered from its originally scheduled format, cx888 shall settle affected bets in accordance with its published event-cancellation rules for the relevant sport. These rules are available in the Platform's help centre.
All casino and slot games available on cx888 are supplied by certified third-party studios. Random Number Generator (RNG) certification and published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are determined by the relevant studio and their certification authority. cx888 does not modify game mechanics. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
cx888 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the cx888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces and the overall Platform design — is the property of cx888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express written consent of cx888.
cx888's collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data is governed by the cx888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
In summary, cx888 collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. cx888 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. You have rights regarding access, correction and deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cx888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if cx888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cx888 does not guarantee any winnings. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by real-world sporting events. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account.
cx888 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive or otherwise unlawful activity; a KYC compliance issue; or an unresolved dispute. During a suspension, access to the Account and all related services will be restricted.
cx888 may permanently close an Account where it determines that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, or for any other reason at its sole discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Balances in closed Accounts will be reviewed and, where legitimate funds are confirmed, returned to the Account holder via the original payment method after deduction of any amounts validly owed to cx888.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting cx888 support through the Platform's live chat or help centre. Before closure, cx888 will process any pending withdrawals of confirmed legitimate real-money balances and will apply any self-exclusion obligations applicable to you. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
cx888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, cx888 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

In the event of a dispute between you and cx888 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via the Platform's customer support channels. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to formal dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
